At the Hurstville Course Location, BK Christine gave a talk at the Hurstville Library. Everyone enjoyed the practical experimental aspects of her sharings including keeping a remote control in our pocket to manage our thoughts.

At the Pennant Hills Course Location, BK Christine gave a workshop on the topic ‘From Empathy to Spiritual Mercy’. It was a very relevant and opportune discussion. Christine worked through the ladder of possible feelings and reactions to recent occurrences in lives, ranging from empathy to pity and sympathy, mercy, and finally to spiritual mercy.
