Bhilai ( Chhattisgarh ): The Brahma Kumaris of Bhillai organized a 50-day program entitled “Establish Ties with God” for teaching people the art of connecting with the Supreme Soul. This initiative was inaugurated on the occasion of the upcoming Remembrance Day of the first chief administrator of the Brahma Kumaris Mateshwari Jagadamba on June 24th. It will be conducted simultaneously in Chhatisgarh, Indore, Ujjain, Orissa and Kota. Newly elected legislator Mr. Vijay Baghel and his wife Ms. Rajni Baghel and BK Asha, Incharge of the local Brahma Kumaris center, were present at the candle lighting inauguration ceremony.
BK Asha said that the one who can remain equanimous in all situations is really happy and peaceful. This is possible only if we know how to connect with the Supreme Soul, the source of all strength. Distinguished Rajayoga teacher BK Prachi explained the concept of the program to the audience. She said that those with a clean heart can easily connect with God. Knowledge of the soul is essential for performing right Karma. Daily practice of soul consciousness with sincerity is a must.
Mr. Vijay Baghel while addressing the audience said that we must strive to make our minds powerful to live well. Rajayoga and group meditation is a very powerful method. Under this program, daily morning and evening Rajayoga meditation sessions will be taught and practiced at the Brahma Kumaris centers.
