Colorful Diwali Festivities at Brahma Kumaris HQ, Mount Abu

Mount Abu ( Rajasthan ): The Brahma Kumaris celebrated Diwali with a festive gathering filled with joy at Pandav Bhawan in Mount Abu. Members of the fraternity from India and abroad came together to celebrate this festival of lights. The occasion saw the presence of many prominent personalities. Rajyogini Dadi Ratanmohini, Joint Head of the Brahma Kumaris; Rajyogini Ishu Dadi; BK Karuna, Media Head of the Brahma Kumaris; BK Jayanti, Director of the Brahma Kumaris in Europe and the Middle East Region; BK Dr. Nirmala, Director of Gyansarovar; and BK Shashi, Master of the Ceremony and Chairperson of the Brahma Kumaris Sports Wing, were the chief guests along with many senior Brahma Kumaris from abroad seated on the dais.

Dadi Ratanmohini, Joint Head of the Brahma Kumaris, while congratulating everyone on this auspicious occasion, said that it is a happy day and people everywhere are drawn to this place to share its festive atmosphere. Diwali must be observed as a remembrance day of our Divine nature as children of that Supreme Soul.

Rajyogini Ishu Dadi, Joint Head of the Brahma Kumaris, while giving her best wishes on Diwali, recounted her great fortune at having been chosen by the Supreme Soul to live a divine life. It has given her immense happiness.

BK Karuna, Media Head of the Brahma Kumaris, in his remarks said that the real meaning of Diwali is to ignite the flame of soul consciousness within. This makes one glow with Divine knowledge. Pandav Bhawan is the first among holy places today, as it is the abode of the Supreme Soul. This must be made known far and wide. He remembered fondly the time he spent here in Pandav Bhawan, in the presence of Brahma Baba, the Founder Father of the Brahma Kumaris.

BK Jayanti, Director of the Brahma Kumaris in Europe and the Middle East Region, expressed her happiness at seeing the divine family together. She said that Indian festivals are gaining importance all over the world. The time spent by her at Pandav Bhawan, in the loving presence of senior personalities, sustains and strengthens her even today.  She wished everybody a happy Diwali on behalf of the members of the divine family abroad.

BK Dr. Nirmala, Director of Gyansarovar, said that this place has a special place in everyone’s heart as it was here that all the prominent personalities of the Brahma Kumaris rendered their services.

The function also had a beautiful live deity show, cultural performances, candle lighting and a cake cutting ceremony well co-ordinated by Senior Rajayogini BK Shashi.
