Brahma Kumaris with Indian Council for Cultural Relations in Bali

Bali ( Indonesia ): Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre,  Denpasar Bali celebrated the 70th Foundation Day of Indian Council for Cultural Relations with lighting of lamp, songs, dances and talks.

Among the dignitaries present were the Former Governor of Bali Mr Made Mangku Pastika, Senator Mr Gusti Ngurah Arya Wedakarna, Consul General of India R.O Sunil Babu, President of SVCC  Manohar Puri and Co-ordinator of Brahma Kumaris in Indonesia BK Sister Janaki. Around 70 people joined the event.

During the gathering some points of common interest between Bali and India were discussed, especially  having more cultural and  spiritual exchange.

The life of Swami Vivekananda was also explained  and how,  till today, he is a great inspiration to all, especially the youth of the world. It was decided that a statue of Swami Vivekananda would soon be erected in the city of Denpasar.
