Brahma Kumaris Tent at “Days of India in Sokolniki” Program in Moscow

Moscow ( Russia ):  “Days of India in Sokolniki” have become a traditional holiday for residents of Moscow and guests of the capital. But this year, the first days of the holiday, the weather did not really please those who wanted to touch the culture and spirituality of India. Rainfall, almost the same as happens in India during the rainy season, went until Saturday evening. But this did not stop enthusiasts and ardent fans of yoga. People came to the tent of the Brahma Kumaris with pleasure, played Dobroskop (game with cards of virtues), listened to the basics of spiritual Knowledge, and left happy, despite the outside weather.

Sokolniki Park was filled with music, dancing, and joyful faces. The aroma of India filled every corner of the park. At various venues there were festive programs.

Brahma Kumaris students were assigned a scene in the square of spiritual practices. Hindi songs sounded, incendiary Russian dance, and an amazing angelic dance were performed (choreographer V. Zakharova). When the angelic dance ended to the applause of the assembled spectators, the host program could not restrain her feelings, she thoughtfully and quietly said: “How beautiful it is …”. Being an angel is beautiful.

The guests stood in line to the tent of the Central House of Artists to find out their virtues, get a card, support the project “I choose benevolence”, receive an invitation to the programs, and then reluctantly left the tent. Everyone wanted to be in the enchanting atmosphere of spirituality as much as possible.
