Ludhiana ( Punjab ): At WABRA Mr. India – 2019, the National Level Body Building and Men/Women Physique Championship held at Punjab Agriculture University, Ludhiana, the Punjabi Body Building and sports welfare committee presented the “Mr. India Body-Building and Men’s Physique Championship 2019” merit certificate, trophy and medal to BK Dewan from Shantivan (Head Quarters of the Brahma Kumaris) . He won this honour in the 67 kg category.
BK Dewan is a pure vegetarian and fully dedicated to the Brahma Kumaris. He defied the perception that non-vegetarian food is needed for strength and body building. He became a live example of the wonders that can be achieved with Rajayoga practice and a totally vegetarian diet.
BK Dewan dedicated the trophy, certificate and medal to Rajayogini Dadi Ratanmohini, Joint Head of the Brahma Kumaris, and BK Munni, General Manager of the Brahma Kumaris, in the presence of BK Mruthyunjyaya, Executive Secretary of the Brahma Kumaris, and BK Bharat, Chief Engineer of the Brahma Kumaris.
