Brahma Kumaris Popularize Rajayoga at Online Yoga Training Program

Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) : The Bharat Swabhiman Nyas (Trust) organized a 28-day state-level Yoga Training Program. On its 16th day, an online experimental yoga practice session was held, in which BK Manju of the Tikrapara centre of the Brahma Kumaris was also invited.

BK Manju, Incharge of the Tikrapara centre of Brahma Kumaris, said that beginners should learn Yoga from a trained practitioner, otherwise they might end up doing yoga for a long time without getting any results.  Yoga should be practiced with positive thoughts and right technique. Yoga Asanas or the physical form of yoga takes care of the body, while positive thoughts and Rajayoga keeps the mind and intellect healthy.

Disciplined and regular practice of eight Pranayams and certain other subtle practices were done during this program.  Master trainers Rakesh Gupta, Rani, Deepali and Gamgotri were present.  Many online participants benefited from this program.

A Live Goddesses Tableau Display was also set up at the BK Center in Tikrapara on the occasion of Navratri festival, in which rajayogis sat in their powerful stage (shakti) of meditation with concentration.
