Sarnath (Uttar Pradesh): The Brahma Kumaris regional center at Sarnath in Uttar Pradesh organized a ceremony to pay homage to the martyrs of the Pulwama attack in Jammu and Kashmir. A five-minute silence was observed for these selfless protectors of National security. Prayers were said and solidarity messages conveyed to their families.
Senior Rajayogi BK Surya, popular host of the TV program ‘Samadhan’ from Mount Abu, addressed the gathering, and said that it is important to let go of the bitter experiences in life to bring sweetness into relationships. Harmonious living should be the norm of life. Lifeless and aimless humanity is dangerous for social well being. The best way out is through Rajayoga Meditation.
BK Surendra, Regional center head of Brahma Kumaris, and program co-ordinator BK Dipendera offered condolences to the families of the martyrs. BK Geeta and BK Rupesh expressed the need for peaceful co existence in these times of war-mongering.
Lieutenant Colonel Vikas Chauhan and Vir Chakra awardee Subedar Major Shatrughan Singh from Bihar Regiment were felicitated on this occasion. They expressed deep gratitude for this act of recognition by the Brahma Kumaris.
