Hathras ( Uttar Pradesh ): The Anandpuri Colony center of Brahma Kumaris Hathras in Uttar Pradesh were felicitated by the Amar Ujala news organization for their social work. BK Shanta, Incharge of the local center, on behalf of the Brahma Kumaris, was honoured with the ‘Aparajita’ , ‘the undefeated one’ award. She was honoured for her contribution to social service, drug de-addiction, women empowerment, etc.
She was given this award by Mr. Aatmiye Praveen Kumar Lashkar, District head of Amar Ujala; Mr. A K Shukla, District head Apar; Dr. Usha Gupta and BK Shweta.
