St. Petersburg ( Russia ): After celebrations of Independence day, BK Sister Santosh, Director of the Brahma Kumaris in St. Petersburg, gave Raksha Bandhan greetings to all members of the Consulate General of India and guests of the event.
Consul General of India in St. Petersburg Mr. Deepak Miglani was tied rakhi by BK Sister Santosh on this ausipicious occasion. The sacred thread of rakhi was also tied to all members of the Consulate who participated in the event.
