Brahma Kumaris of Shantivan Celebrate Diwali with Splendor

Abu Road ( Rajasthan ): The Brahma Kumaris in Shantivan celebrated Diwali in a grand manner at the  beautifully decorated Diamond Hall.  It was graced by the presence of prominent personalities.

DadI Janki, Head of the Brahma Kumaris; Dadi Ratanmohini, Joint Head of the Brahma Kumaris; BK Nirwair, Secretary General of the Brahma Kumaris; Rajyogini Dadi Ishu; BK Munni, Programs Manager, Shantivan; BK Karuna, Media Head of the Brahma Kumaris; Dr. Satish Gupta from Global Hospital Mount Abu, and BK Usha, Senior Rajyoga Teacher, and many senior Brahma Kumars and Kumaris were present on this occasion in the midst of thousands of people from all over India and abroad.

Dadi Janki, Head of the Brahma Kumaris, while wishing everyone a Happy Diwali, said that we should always be happy as the Supreme Soul has blessed us with the five virtues of Truth, Divinity, Purity, Humility and Sweetness. The more blessed a person is, the more peace he feels within. We must always remain soul conscious and remember that we are the children of that Supreme Soul.

Dadi Ratanmohini, Joint Head of the Brahma Kumaris, in her remarks said that these festivals are a glimpse and reminder of the joyful life that is possible every day in the Golden Age. We must fully realize the values of the Supreme Soul within us, only then will others get to know about it fully.

BK Nirwair, Secretary General of the Brahma Kumaris, talked about the real significance of Diwali. It symbolizes the lighting of the lamp of soul consciousness within to dispel the darkness of ignorance. He said that the Brahma Kumaris Organization started its journey to prepare people for the Golden Age on a Diwali day 84 years ago.

Rajyogini Ishu Dadi, Joint Head of the Brahma Kumaris, also expressed her good wishes and happiness on this auspicious occasion.

BK Dr. Satish Gupta from Global Hospital conveyed Diwali greetings on behalf of everyone at the hospital.

There was a beautiful candle lighting ceremony as well. BK Usha conducted the stage at this function.  It was an evening filled with festivities, music and dance.
