Raipur ( Chhattisgarh ): The quarterly review meeting of local executives of Tata Motors concluded today at Hotel Sayaji, located on G. E. Road. There was a lecture of Senior RajYogi and Motivational Speaker B K Suraj (Mount Abu).
BK Suraj said that teamwork leads to success. If there is unity among all the executives like a family, it becomes easy to achieve the goal. All do work with dedication, so those who do good work should be praised. There should be no feeling of jealousy towards each other. Appreciation with a sincere heart awakens the hidden art in man. Conversely, scolding reprimands creates tension. And stress reduces our ability.
He further said that the past should never be kept in mind. It is in a way like giving a place to the disease in the mind. The sign of a good salesman is to have a calm mind. Rajyoga meditation is very important for this. If the mind is calm and the behavior is good, then we can satisfy the customer well. Our efficiency increases with Rajyoga meditation. He inspired everyone to come to Brahma Kumaris and learn Rajyoga meditation.
He said that, wake up early in the morning before six o’clock and create good thoughts. Our subconscious mind remains awake after waking up and ten minutes before going to sleep at night. Whatever resolution we make at this time has a profound effect on our lives. Therefore, as soon as we wake up in the morning, we should charge our mind with good and noble thoughts. Creative energy is hidden in our every thought. That’s why we should think what we want.

रायपुर: जी. ई. रोड पर स्थित होटल सयाजी में आज टाटा मोटर्स के स्थनीय एक्जीक्यूटिव्स की त्रैमासिक समीक्षा बैठक सम्पन्न हुई। जिसमें माउण्ट आबू से पधारे वरिष्ठ राजयोगी एवं मोटिवेशनल स्पीकर ब्रह्माकुमार सूरज भाई का व्याख्यान रखा गया था।
ब्रह्माकुमार सूरज भाई ने कहा कि टीम वर्क से सफलता मिलती है। एक परिवार की तरह सभी एक्जीक्यूटिव्स में एकता हो तो लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करना आसान हो जाता है। सभी समर्पण भाव से काम करें इसलिए जो अच्छा कार्य करते हैं उनकी तारीफ होनी चाहिए। एक दो के प्रति परस्पर ईष्र्या की भावना न हो। सच्ची दिल से की गई प्रशंसा मनुष्य के अन्दर छिपी कला को जगा देती है। इसके विपरीत डाँट फटकार से तनाव पैदा होता है। तनाव हमारी क्षमता को कम कर देता है।
उन्होंने आगे कहा कि बीती बातों को मन में कभी नहीं रखना चाहिए। यह एक तरह से बिमारी को मन में जगह देने के समान है। अच्छे सेल्समैन की निशानी है कि उसका मन शान्त रहे। इसके लिए राजयोग मेडिटेेशन बहुत जरूरी है। अगर मन शान्त होगा और व्यवहार अच्छा होगा तो ग्राहक को अच्छे से सन्तुष्ट कर सकेंगे। राजयोग मेडिटेशन से हमारी कार्यक्षमता बढ़ जाती है। उन्होंने सभी को ब्रह्माकुमारी संस्थान में आकर राजयोग मेडिटेशन सीखने के लिए प्रेरित किया।
