Kathmandu ( Nepal ): On the occasion of “CHHATH” festival, Brahma Kumaris youth wing organized a blood donation camp at Hariyali Shanti Udyan (green peace garden) managed by Brahma Kumaris situated beside Thapa Thali Bagmati river.
The Chief guest of this program Uddhav Timilisna , Principal of Bagmati Sabhyata Akikrut Vikas Samiti advocated that blood donation is a virtuous contribution for human life and depicted that till today owing to the miserable plight caused by Corona, the act of blood donation is a great job. Appreciating the steps taken by Brahma Kumaris he said that, in this direction the youth wing of Brahma Kumaris have done a great humanitarian job which is praiseworthy.
Woman leader and veteran social worker Srujana Singh in her address appreciated the social welfare activities of Brahma Kumaris and assured all sorts of support and cooperation from her side.
The Member of Parliament of Bagmati Province, Dipendra Srestha appreciated the Brahma Kumaris for construction of a beautiful garden for a cleaner environment and expressed his personal commitment for its further progress.
BK Raj, Director of Brahma Kumaris Nepal in her presidential address expressed that the spiritual service is growing day by day, the spiritual activities are accomplished in new methods and all are giving spontaneous support which will continue further because a happy world and society is bound to be formed with the support of all.
In this function Hiralal Tandakar, Chairperson of Kathmandu Municipal Corporation, BK kusum, BK Ram Singh, BK Tilak former Regional Administrator Tiakara M Aryal, Kamal Nakarmi,Vice Chairperson of Red Cross Society, Nepal and other dignitaries shared their good wishes. 102 units of blood were collected from donors while all the donors were felicitated with certificates of appreciation.

छठ पर्वके पावन अवसर पर थापाथली बाग्मती नदी किनार में ब्रह्माकुमारीज द्वारा संचालित हरियाली शान्ति उद्यान परिसर में ब्रह्माकुमारीज युवा प्रभाग नेपाल द्वारा रक्तदान कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया ।
कार्यक्रमके मुख्य अतिथि अधिकार सम्पन्न बाग्मती सभ्यता एकीकृत विकास समिति के अध्यक्ष भ्रता उद्धव तिमिल्सिना जी ने रक्तदान मानव के जीवन के लिए महादान है बताते हुये अब तक भी Corona द्वारा जो विकट परिस्थिति बनी हुई है ऐसे समय पर रक्तदान करना महान और परोपकारी कार्य है इस दिशामे ब्रह्माकुमारीज के युवा प्रभाग के सदस्य गणों ने मानव हीतका कार्य किया हैं जिस की मैं प्रशंसा करता हूँ बताया ।
महिला नेतृ तथा वरिष्ठ समाज सेवी सृजना सिंह ने ब्रह्माकुमारीज के समाज कल्याण के कार्य की सरहना किया और अपने तरफ से हर प्रकार का सहयोग देने का बाचा किया । बाग्मती प्रदेश के माननीय सांसद श्री दिपेन्द्र श्रेष्ठ ने वातावरण शुद्धि के लिए ब्रह्माकुमारीजके सुन्दर उद्यान निर्माण की प्रशंसा की तथा उसको और आगे विकसित करने की प्रतिबद्धता जतायी ।
अपने अध्यक्षीय आशिष बचन में ब्रह्माकुमारीज नेपाल की निर्देशक ब्रह्माकुमारी राज दिदी ने ईश्वरीय कार्य की दिन प्रति दिन हर प्रकार से बृद्धि हो रहि हैं, नये नये तरीके से ईश्वरीय सेवा का कार्य हो रहा है जिस में सभीका स्वस्फूर्त सहयोग रहा है बताते हुये आगे भी सर्व के सहयोग से सुखद संसार और समाज का निर्माण होना ही है बताया ।
समारोह में काठमाण्डू माहानगर पालिका वडा नं. ११ के अध्यक्ष हिरालाल तण्डूकार जी, ब्रह्माकुमारी कुसुम, बि.के. राम सिंह, बि.के. तिलक, पूर्व क्षेत्रीय प्रशासक टिकराम अर्याल, रेड क्रस सोसाइटी नेपाल के उपाध्यक्ष कमल नकर्मी सहित के बक्ताओं ने अपनी शुभकामनायें दी । 102 व्यक्तियो ने रक्तदान देकर सहयोग किया और उन सभी को प्रशंसा पत्र भी प्रदान किया गया । सभी को बहुत बहुत धन्यावाद ।
