Hanamkonda (Telangana): The Brahma Kumaris of Hanamkonda in Warangal held online celebrations on the occasion of Bathukamma and Dusshehra festivals. Bathukamma is celebrated for nine days during Navratri. In Telugu, Bathukamma means ‘Mother Goddess come alive.’ Goddess Maha Gauri is worshipped in the form of Bathukamma, the patron goddess of womanhood.
Many beautiful song and dance performances were held at this program. A Live goddesses tableau was displayed, which formed the highlight of this event.
