Shantivan ( Rajasthan ): The IT Wing’s National Conference was held in Shantivan on the theme “Awakening the Wisdom Within.” The aim of the event was to provide an opportunity for participants to look at everything they do, everyone they know, and every opportunity in front of them from a unique perspective of clarity and wisdom.
More than 1200 IT professionals joined this conference from 300 IT and associated companies including Intel, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Symantec, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, IBM, HCL, L&T, NIC, Cognizant, BEL, Barclays UK, IOC, Accenture, CDAC, TIFR, the Bank of America, Reliance Jio, GE, etc.
The participants included 250+ senior dignitaries, such as leaders, executives, CXOs, State IT directors, GMs, SVPs, VPs, and senior managers, etc.
Topics such as Positive Attitudes for Success, Tools to Improve Will Power, Inner Resilience through digital detoxification, Solutions with Meditation, Wisdom for Transformation, the Making of a Wise Leader, and other similar topics were explored and shared. The eminent and experienced speakers included former NASSCOM President Mr. Som Mittal, TCS Head Manoj Panda, Sister Shivani, BK Aruna Ladva, Suraj Bhaiji, Deepa bhen, Brother Bala Kishore, and Brother David, who collectively put together content, thoughts and actionable takeaways, turning it into a valuable experience for the participants.
A meditation experience was imparted in an innovative way for all participants using a Meditation Lab by Aruna bhen.
A celebration with colorful balloons was organized on the second day, in which all participants were asked to write down any weaknesses on the balloons … and asked to let them go! Participants expressed that this was one of the most memorable moments for them during the whole event.
In addition, the early morning hours were dedicated to doing a balancing act between a powerful Amrit Vela meditation with David bhai’s ‘silence through sound’, light physical exercises to warm up and charge the body and the mind facilitated by Brother Peter, and the basics of Rajyoga through shibir sessions conducted by Indira bhen and Deepa bhen.
A panel discussion session — panelled by Hardik Parekh, CEO of Searce; Dr. Mohit Gupta, cardiologist; Sister Aruna Ladva, motivational speaker and author; Som Mittal, former president of NASSCOM, and hosted by BK Bhanu — explored how, by placing “I” — that is, the self — before the “T” of technology, helps bring back focus toward myself, and remind that I am the master of the technology, and that technology is meant to serve humankind, not enslave them.
The weekend retreat concluded on Monday morning, September 9, 2019, with a valedictory session, in the presence of Didi Nirmala, Chairperson of the IT Wing. Many participants and guests shared heart-warming feedback, mainly about their key learnings, their key takeaways, and what they plan to implement or transform, in their respective workplaces or teams. Overall, all participants had a wonderful, experiential Inner Technology Conference.

अरुणा बहन द्वारा मेडिटेशन-लैब का उपयोग कर सभी प्रतिभागियों को एक अभिनव तरीके से ध्यान अनुभव प्रदान किया गया।
दूसरे दिन रंगीन गुब्बारों के साथ उत्सव का आयोजन किया गया और सभी प्रतिभागियों को बैलून पर कमजोरी को लिखने के लिए कहा गया और उन्हें जाने दिया गया!
प्रतिभागियों ने बताया कि इस आयोजन के दौरान यह उनके लिए सबसे यादगार क्षणों में से एक था। इसके अतिरिक्त सवेरे शक्तिशाली अमृतवेला मेडिटेशन के साथ ही ब्रदर डेविडने ‘साउंड थ्रू साउंड’, हल्की-फुल्की एक्सरसाइज के साथ संतुलन बनाने के कला सिखलाई जिसे ब्रदर पीटर ने फैसिलिटेट किया।
राजयोग की मूल बातों के शिविर सत्र इंदिरा बहन और दीपा बहन द्वारा संचालित किया गए।
साथ ही एक पैनल डिस्कशन सत्र भी आयोजित हुआ । पैनल में Searce के सीई.ओ. हार्दिक पारेख, डॉ. मोहित गुप्ता – एक कार्डियोलॉजिस्ट, सिस्टर अरुणा लाडवा – प्रेरक वक्ता और लेखक तथा सोम मित्तल – NASSCOM के पूर्व अध्यक्ष मौजूद रहे। सत्र को बी.के. भानु द्वारा होस्ट किया गया । जहां कि कैसे, ” I ” अर्थात मैं आत्मा, प्रौद्योगिकी (Technology) के ” T “से पहले रखने पर अपने आप पर ध्यान वापस लाने में मदद मिलती है, और ये याद दिलाता है कि मैं प्रौद्योगिकी का मास्टर हूं और यह तकनीक मानव जाति की सेवा करने के लिए है, उन्हें दास नहीं बनाया गया है।
आई.टी. विंग की अध्यक्ष, दीदी निर्मला की मौजूदगी में कार्यक्रम का समापन सोमवार, 9 सितंबर, 2019 को एक समापन सत्र के साथ हुआ। कई प्रतिभागियों और मेहमानों ने दिल से प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त की। मुख्य रूप से उनकी प्रमुख शिक्षाएं क्या हैं, मुख्य takeaways क्या हैं और अपने संबंधित कार्यस्थलों या टीमों में लागू करने या बदलने की योजना क्या हैं वर्णन किया गया। अतः सभी प्रतिभागियों के पास 6 – 9 सितंबर 2019 से एक अद्भुत, अनुभवात्मक इन्नर टेक्नोलॉजी कॉन्फ्रेंस और रिट्रीट का अनुभव था।
