AP to partner with Brahma Kumaris to inculcate positive attitude among students: Minister for social welfare

Vijayawada ( Andhra Pradesh ): Minister for Social Welfare Merugu Nagarjuna said they introduced the CBSE syllabus from Class VIII in all SC Gurukulas in the state from the current academic year.  (The Central Board for Secondary Education, or CBSE, is a standardized curriculum offered in more than 24 countries across the world, primarily in India.)

The minister, in a meeting with the officials, said that they were designing a plan to introduce digital classrooms and virtual classrooms to further simplify the method of teaching.

With regard to exams, the minister said they introduced changes by conducting exams for students from Classes IX and X and also to the Intermediate level every week so that they would study well and be prepared for exams.

The minister said that in order to inculcate positive attitude among the students, they were going to enter into a pact with the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and Brahma Kumaris to train them.
