Chennai ( Tamilnadu ): Rakhi was tied to His Excellency, Mr. Banwarilal Purohit, Governor of Tamilnadu, at Chennai Raj Bhawan by Senior Rajayogi BK Kalavati and Senior Rajayogi BK Beena.
BK Beena applied a sacred tilak and explained the spiritual significance of the Rakshabandhan festival. A Godly gift was presented on this occasion to the Governor.
BK Chitra and BK Devi were also present on this occasion.
